Peppersack joins GRP as Business Development Associate Manager

RICHMOND, Va. (July 29, 2024) – The Greater Richmond Partnership (GRP) announces Joey Peppersack joined the team as Business Development Associate Manager. Peppersack will perform lead generation and business development activities to help attract new and expanding companies to Greater Richmond.
Born and raised in Virginia, Peppersack earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Mary Washington. During his studies, Peppersack interned at the university’s Center for Economic Development where he conducted project research and analysis for the local education and entertainment industry.
Peppersack worked in economic development offices in Fairfax County and most recently Stafford County where he participated in key initiatives to bolster local economic development.
“GRP is pleased to have Joey join our Business Development team,” said GRP President + CEO Jennifer Wakefield. “Joey has a strong foundation of skills and an eagerness to continue learning economic development practices. I look forward to seeing him grow in this role.”
