Kaylah Hurst

Kaylah is the Operations + Events Manager for the Greater Richmond Partnership. In addition to supporting the Vice President of Operations, Kaylah leads the organization’s event logistics and execution. Kaylah was born and raised in Richmond, Va., and loves sharing the unique “one of a kind” experience the region has to offer.

Kaylah graduated from Hampton University with a bachelor of science in Business Marketing. She began her marketing and business development career working as a Public Relations Associate with the Underground Kitchen, which offers unique and luxurious experiential dining events. Before joining GRP, Kaylah worked as the Marketing & Communications Manager at The Dominion Club in Glen Allen, Va., where she was responsible for updating the website, developing a weekly newsletter, managing social media accounts and more. Kaylah also volunteers with the American Diabetes Association to assist with social media marketing and fundraising events.

Kaylah loves finding local bands during her free time and also enjoys live music, indulging in new restaurants and visiting the Richmond SPCA. When she’s not playing with puppies, you may find Kaylah at a local open mic night, although she rarely performs herself. Her favorite local spots for live music include the Tobacco Company, Brambly Park and Hardywood.

Kaylah currently resides in Richmond’s West End.
