
Kyla Ramdat is the Business Development Coordinator for the Greater Richmond Partnership. In this role, Kyla supports initiatives to attract new and expanding companies to the region through lead generation activities and business development efforts.
Kyla brings more than five years of experience in economic and community development with expertise in business retention, stakeholder engagement and public-sector collaboration. Kyla previously worked at Better City, an economic development consulting firm focused on rural areas across the U.S. and the Alexandria Economic Development Partnership.
Kyla holds a master’s degree in global affairs from George Mason University, a bachelor’s degree in geographic science from the University of Maryland, College Park, and a Basic Economic Development certification from the International Economic Development Council (IEDC).
