12 luxury town homes to go up by Richmond’s Manchester Bridge

Luxury town houses are planned for a piece of prime riverfront property at the southern base of the Manchester Bridge.
The units — each three stories with a mezzanine and roof patio — will overlook the James River and face downtown Richmond. Pricing will start in the $700,000s.
