Capital One’s Stinson joins Partnership Board

RICHMOND, VA – Buck Stinson, Senior Vice President, Small Business Card at Capital One, has joined the Greater Richmond Partnership’s Board of Directors for the 2015-2016 fiscal year.
Bobby Ukrop, President and CEO of Ukrop’s Homestyle Foods, transitioned into the Chair of the Greater Richmond Partnership Board of Directors for the 2015-2016 fiscal year. Ukrop succeeds Henrico Supervisor Patricia S. O’Bannon, who remains on the Board. Angela Kelly-Wiecek, member of the Hanover County Board of Supervisors, was elected Vice Chair of the Board.

John D. O’Neill Jr., Managing Partner of Hunton & Williams LLP, will serve as General Counsel for the Partnership. Two Partnership officers, Barry Matherly, President and CEO, and Anita Saunders, Corporate Secretary, were re-elected to their positions.
More private sector investor representatives are expected to join the Board as ex-officio members as part of the Regional Leadership Circle, reserved for the Partnership’s largest donors. Fifteen companies are eligible to represent themselves out of more than 140 private sector investors.
