ChamberRVA trip sparks relationships, collaboration between regional leaders

SAN DIEGO — The 150 central Virginia leaders who spent last week in San Diego for ChamberRVA’s InterCity visit got a preview of Stone Brewing Co.’s plans for Richmond, heard from a former mayor about the challenges he faced, and discussed the California city’s work to address pervasive homelessness.
