Richmond tops another list.
This time, CNBC.com’s list of “20 best places in America to start a business.”
Hot spots like New York and San Francisco were left off the list because of tax rates and high costs of living.
Richmond made the list for a variety of reasons, include our relatively low cost of living and 6 percent corporate tax rate.
