White Oak Distribution Center gets two new tenants, fills 280k sq. ft. of space

The White Oak Distribution Center in eastern Henrico County has landed two new tenants, leaving just 88,555 square feet of class A industrial space in the complex.
Premier Fixtures, which designs, engineers and manufactures retail store displays, has leased 161,445 square feet, according to a press release from Jones Lang LaSalle.
Syncreon USA, a global logistics company, has leased 120,000 square feet.
JLL Vice President Scott Keeton said his brokerage was hired to market the space last fall after Hewlett Packard gave back 375,000 square feet of space.
The White Oak Distribution Center has three Class A distribution warehouses. It is located in Sandston, two miles from Interstate 295 and 3.4 miles from Interstate 64.
